The so-called "every row is like a mountain", the design and processing technology of melt blown cloth mold has become the first mountain in front of us. Then, what problems should be paid attention to in the design and processing of melt blown die head?
1、 When designing the die head, the design of the runner is the most important. The main problem of yellowing and embrittlement of meltblown cloth is the glue hiding in the flow channel. Whether the flow channel of the mold is smooth or not is directly related to the success of the mold production;
2、 The uniformity of air knife is directly related to the uniformity of melt blown cloth;
3、 The assembly mode between the die plates determines whether there will be glue leakage in the die;
4、 In the process of machining, precision machining is needed. In particular, the smoothness of the nozzle should be processed in place;
5、 The PP material of melt blown cloth is different from PET material, so the size of nozzle should be moderate, so don't pursue small hole too much. If the hole diameter is too small, it is easy to plug the mold.

The polishing finish of the cavity is 0.01-0.034, which is suitable for the temperature of meltblown process below 350 ℃, carbon fiber 330-350 ℃, PP and pet300 ℃. 5. The mold body is made of sus630, sus431 and other high-quality steel.
