Whether the pattern design is insufficient, whether the processing is simple, and whether the shrinkage rate of molding materials is correct.
Molding equipment
The injection quantity, injection pressure and clamping force are enough. During the installation of the mold, whether the plastic parts of the core are released, and whether the contact between the injector nozzle and the muzzle is normal.
3、 Mold repair
Before repairing the mold, we should study and analyze carefully according to the actual situation of the plastic parts with bad phenomena, so as to determine the causes of the defects of the plastic parts with remedial measures. Due to the change of easy forming conditions, the general practice is to change the forming conditions. The change of forming conditions does not solve this problem. Consider before mold repair.
4、 Sort out the data and file them
Start to design the mold until the mold is processed successfully and inspected to be qualified, and systematically sort, bind, number and file the technical data generated during this period, such as task book, drawing, technical specification, mold assembly drawing, mold part drawing, base drawing, mold design specification, inspection record sheet, repair record, etc It seems troublesome to do so, but it is very useful to repair the mould and design new mould in the future.
